Safety and coexistence rules
Mandatory registration will be carried out at the time of entry and exit, respecting the check-in and check-out times set out in the reservation policy.
It will be the guest's obligation to pay any extra amounts for their stay.
Reception hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Reserve has a 24-hour security system.
The cleaning of the cabins and replacement of towels is carried out only in the morning, until 12 noon, and will apply for stays longer than 3 days. Guests are asked to leave their belongings arranged in order to expedite cleaning service and avoid inconvenience.
Caring for the environment is extremely important to us, which is why we request respect for the flora and fauna present in the Reserve and its surroundings.
Lighting campfires outside of designated areas is prohibited.
